“मैं वही बनाती हूँ जो अपने बच्चों के लिए बनाती थी।”
— Sunita AuntyOne aunty. One kitchen. Zero shortcuts.
Kitchen Khurana started in 2021 when Sunita Khurana — recently retired, famously unable to cook for fewer than ten people — began sending extra tiffins to homesick students on her street. Word travelled the way good food does.
Today she still cooks every single meal herself in her certified Brampton home kitchen: spices ground fresh, dal simmered overnight, rotis rolled by hand each morning. “I make exactly what I made for my own children,” she says. We just handle the driving.
